Return Policy

30-Day Returns

Unopened, unused parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective.

Defective Parts

If you receive a defective part, contact us within 7 days. We will ship a replacement immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the defective unit.

How to Start a Return

• Log in to your account and open the order
• Contact support at phonemedicsshop@gmail.com with your order number
• Receive an RMA number before shipping items back

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, opened adhesive kits, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
